The Island
Vomo is one of the most beautiful islands in the Pacific and comprises Vomo Island, a 87.3 hectare almost triangular shaped high island and Vomo Lailai (little Vomo) a 3.7 hectare rocky island.

Vomo is 30 kilometres and 15 minutes by helicopter north west of Nadi, Fiji’s main international airport and about the same distance from Fiji’s second largest town, Lautoka.

Owners can transfer to Vomo by Helicopter, Seaplane or take a Cruise from Denarau.

Vomo is one of the very few Fijian islands where the owners enjoy exclusive possession of an entire island paradise. Vomo is a ‘high island’ with a unique topography. Natural white sand beaches stretch 2km around both sides of the island ensuring there is always shelter from the prevailing winds for sun bathing and access to the island.

The western part of the island is a large mostly flat area that holds the resort and the chip and putt golf course is nestled amongst the coconut plantation.

The undulating south east coast has beautiful tree cover with the land rising up from the beach to the mountain.

The clear blue waters surrounding Vomo are teeming with tropical fish and vibrant coral reefs. In the spring, Vomo serves as a breeding place for native turtles.

Vomo’s westerly position gives it a drier climate than many of the eastern Fijian resorts and it is by far the closest high quality island resort to Nadi International airport.
